There is a $5.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order. There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.

There are no refunds. All sales are final.

If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

The all day tour is the most economical per hour and ensures that you don't miss anything that Barcelona has to offer. It covers the Uptown, the Downtown, beaches and all the hidden corners that you will want to discover.

A Downtown tour is approximately 2 to 3 hours depending on your stops and traffic. It takes you to the core of the medieval city where you will be able to discover remains of the city walls and several ancient buildings. It will also give you the possibility of visiting the amazing Montjuïc Mountain.

An Uptown tour is also approximately 2 to 3 hours depending on your stops and traffic. It puts you on the open roads outside of the old town where you can discover Gaudi's most important creations.

The Highlights Express tour takes approximately 1 hour and you will have the option to stay on longer if you choose. If you are in a hurry and just want to see the main sights, then hop on our compact one hour tour and experience up-close and personal access to the icons of Barcelona.

About the GoCars:

Bright yellow and sporty, GoCars look great - and they are easy to drive...lots of fun and they have no gears or clutch to operate. They are street-legal and fully equipped with turn indicators, brake lights, a horn and headlights.

The 3-wheeled cars seat two and have a lockable trunk for your personal items. Their small size makes parking a breeze. They can even be parked in motorcycle parking.

Important Information:

All drivers must be over 21 and have a valid driver's license.

A deposit of approximately €300 per car is required by credit card or cash (deposit amount subject to change). If it's cash, the CDW (collision damage waiver) extra insurance (which is approximately €7.50) is compulsory. If the vehicle is returned undamaged, the deposit will be cancelled or given back when the tour is over.

The minimum age to be a GoCar passenger is 7 years old. Passengers under 18 must have written authorization from their parents to participate in the activity.

The renter takes responsibility for the GoCar and their actions while driving the GoCar.

Last check-in time to start a tour is 7:30 pm. For groups of more than 4 cars, last check-in time is 6:30 pm. Rentals must be returned during office hours. Office is open until 9:00 pm.

In the event of rain, it is still possible to take a tour, or you can take a rain check and reschedule for another day within six months.

Tour does not operate on December 25, January 1 & Easter Sunday.
