Before you can board the bus, you must first exchange your E-Ticket for a hop-on-hop-off ticket at one of five Barcelona offices (specifics provided on your E-Ticket).

There is a $5.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order. There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.

There are no refunds. All sales are final.

If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Once you have your hop-on-hop-off ticket, you can hop-on and off as many times as you'd like at any of the 44 stops. There are departures approximately every 5 minutes during summer months and every 25 minutes during winter months.

The key sights and world famous attractions of this fantastic city are included on the tour including the Gothic Quarter which is the centre of the old city of Barcelona. Wander around the ancient winding streets where many of the buildings date from medieval times, some from as far back as the Roman settlement of Barcelona.

A great number of buildings are World Heritage Sites. Especially remarkable is the work of architect Antoni Gaudi, which can be seen throughout the city. His best known work is the immense but still unfinished Cathedral the Sagrada Familia, a symbol of Barcelona all over the world that has been under construction since 1882. Other works by Gaudi include his famous Casa Batllo, Casa Mila and Guell Park.

Take time to visit the museums such as the Picasso Museum, stop off at the many beautiful parks and gardens, or cool off at the beach - Barcelona truly has it all!

The Open-Top Bus Tour features entertaining and informative narration available in Catalan, Spanish, English, French, German, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, and Portuguese. If you choose to ride the entire Red or Blue loop without hopping off at any of the stops, the tour will last approximately 2 hours. Riding the entire Green loop (seasonal - early April through late September) without hopping off at any stop will last approximately 40 minutes.
